NGL Wholesale Supply, LLCis engaged in wholesale propane marketing
operations that include shipping and/or maintaining storage on
the Mid-America, Kinder Morgan, Kaneb, Oneok Bushton, Williams,
TEPPCO and Dixie pipeline systems. NGL Wholesale Supply, LLC also
supplies customers through both terminals and refineries, as well
as its three proprietary propane terminals at Jefferson City,
Missouri, East St. Louis, Illinois and Gateway in St. Catharine's,
Ontario, which is near Buffalo, NY. NGL offers flexible supply
programs including fixed price contracts, volume-related contracts,
index pricing, posted price sales and financial instruments. Liquid

we make available to assist you in managing your business.

Management

| Mr. Bugh is a 1983 Finance graduate of Oklahoma State
University and received an MBA from Southern Methodist University
in 1984. Mr. Bugh began his career with First City Bank as a Credit
Analyst and later promoted to a Loan Officer. In 1987, he joined
American Airlines as a Financial Analyst and was soon promoted to
Project Controller. By 1995, Mr. Bugh was Contract Purchasing Manager
- Southwest Region. Stan joined NGL Supply in 1996 as Administration
Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Wholesale Marketing
in 2001. |

| NGL's Wholesale Marketing sales team has a diversified background
in wholesale propane marketing and supply. The combined years of
experience exceeds 200 years. The team's background includes wholesale
/ retail marketing and operations experience. Stan Bugh, Vice President
of Wholesale Marketing, has previous experience in trading, supply
and risk management in addition to wholesale marketing. |

Mr. Decker joined NGL Supply, Inc. in September,
2003 marketing wholesale propane in New York and Pennsylvania
focusing on marketing propane from NGL Supply, Inc.'s Gateway
Terminal in St. Catharines, Ontario. Hobie began his career handling
sales and delivery services for a retail gasoline operator from
1977-1981. He marketed petroleum products and related equipment
and fuel management systems throughout western and central New
York from 1982-1994 for Jeffrey Energy/Griffith Energy and was
promoted to area marketing manager for retail gasoline from 1994-2002.
Hobie was promoted to sales manager of wholesale propane in 2002
until he joined NGL Supply, Inc. He has been an active member
of the New York Propane Gas Association, the Pennsylvania Gas
Association and Ontario Propane Association. |

Bryan joined the NGL Supply Wholesale group in
February, 2006, after a three year stint with Sinclair Oil Corporation
as a refined products wholesale sales representative for the Midwest
Region. Mr. Lehman graduated in 1993 from the University of Tulsa
with a BA in Organizational Communications. After graduation he
worked for Phillips Petroleum as a retail store manager for three
years. He then joined CITGO Petroleum Corporation as a retail
supervisor and as a territory sales manager for six years. Bryan
has marketed propane in the Midwest
for two years. He began marketing in the Southeast in 2008. |

Ms. Lusnak graduated with a M.S. in Education from
Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. She joined Getty in
1982 after five years in the education field. When Getty merged
with Texaco in 1985, Kay was involved with scheduling feedstock
for Texaco Chemical for one year and the next ten years her responsibilities
included propane trading and supply for Texaco. Joining Williams
in 1996, she was Senior Trader of propane and wholesale supply.
In 2000, Kay joined CMS Marketing and Trading as a Mid-Continent
and Gulf Coast trader. She joined NGL Supply in 2003 her current
job responsibilites include marketing propane at NGL's Jefferson
City, MO Terminal, Coffeyville, KS Refinery, and Arkansas, Kansas,
Missouri and Oklahoma. |

Mr. Post graduated from Bellermine College in Louisville,
Kentucky with a B.A. Degree in Business Administration. Dan joined
Ashland Oil as a refined products sales representative from 1986
to 1991 covering MN and IA. He marketed refined fuels and propane
for Waterloo Service Co. from 1991 to 1995. Dan also marketed
wholesale propane for Tri-Power Fuels from 1995 to 1998, later
joining Plains Marketing in 1998 to 2004. Dan joined NGL Supply
in December 2004 bringing over 20 years experience in the petroleum
and propane business. Mr. Post has accounts in Iowa, Indiana,
Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. |

Ms. Shiever graduated from Oklahoma State University
with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. She joined
Getty in 1981 prior to the Getty/Texaco merger. Her job experiences
were in finance and corporate services prior to joining the Texaco
NGL Group in 1996 as the Western Region Marketing Representative.
In 1999, Beth began rail and wholesale marketing in the Southeast.
Beth joined NGL Supply, Inc. in April, 2002 doing rail car supply
and marketing. Her current sales region includes NGL's East St.
Louis Terminal; Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and
Texas. |
