| Mr. Perry attended Trenton Junior College and Central
Missouri State University. In 1992, Stan began his petroleum industry
career with Tri Power Fuels as a Wholesale Propane Account Executive
covering propane retailers in Iowa and Illinois. In the same year
he was promoted to Manager of Wholesale Supply. Upon the sale of
Tri Power to Cornerstone Propane, he was promoted to Manager of
Midwest Supply. Stan joined NGL Supply, Inc. dba Premier Energy
in 2000 as Vice President of Mid-Continent Marketing & Supply.
In 2004, Stan became the Vice President of Wholesale Supply for
the Mid-Continent Region. |

| Brenda Maples began her career in the oil and gas
business in 1973 with Skelly Oil Company, and in the natural gas
liquids industry in 1981 with Getty Oil Company, subsequently Texaco,
Inc. Ms. Maples held various trading positions with Texaco in their
Tulsa, Houston and London offices, where her responsibilities included
supply and marketing of NGL's in the Midwest, Gulf Coast, East Coast,
West Coast and International markets. Ms. Maples joined NGL Supply,
Inc. May, 2003 as Manager of Trading, Butane and Natural Gasoline,
responsible for the supply and marketing of those products in the
Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast Region. |

| Ms. Covey graduated from Lincoln School of Commerce
in 1968 with an accounting degree. She also graduated from Maple
Woods Community College with an Associate of Science degree, as
well as attending Park College in Kansas City. Linda worked for
Farmland Industries from March, 1969 through August, 1981. Ms. Covey
joined NGL Supply, Inc. in September, 1981 as Distribution Coordinator
for refined products and natural gas liquids. Linda was promoted
to Manager of Distribution in 1989 and continues to manage NGL's
scheduling and distribution. Linda is a past member of the BIP and
has been a member of the Gas Liquids Distribution Association for
over 25 years, serving as Treasurer for 3 years. |
