NGL Supply Retail, LLC was created to acquire and operate retail
propane companies, and its strategic objective is to continue
to grow its earning stream. The retail operations further complement
the wholesale marketing, trading,and terminal assets while enhancing
the overall value of the company.
The first acquisition was completed in July, 2007. Retail operations
to date have grown to over 10 million gallons annually.

| Mr. Foster is a 1975 graduate of the University of
Toledo. Bob began his petroleum industry career with Petrolane,
Inc. in 1981 and by 1988 he had advanced to Assistant Regional Manager
for the natural gas liquids marketing and trucking operations in
the Southeast Region. During 1990, Bob joined Ferrellgas, Inc. as
National Supply Director. From 1991-1994, he was employed by Suburban
Propane / Petrolane as the Southeast Regional Manager of Marketing
and Supply. Bob joined NGL Supply as a marketer in the Gulf Coast
Region and was later promoted to his present position, Vice President
of Retail Operations. |

| Mr. Reece graduated from Fort Hays State University
in Hays, KS in 1991 with a B.S. in Agriculture. He began with Farmland
Industries, Inc. in 1991 as an Energy Resale Specialist in the state
of Colorado. Aaron soon advanced to become a Refined Fuels and Propane
Merchandiser and became supervisor of that group in 1996. From 1997
through 1998, Aaron was a regional Energy Marketing Coordinator
for 7 states. In 1998, when Country Energy (later purchased by Cenex)
was formed, Aaron was the supervisor of Energy Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Reece joined NGL Supply, Inc. in 2002, as a propane marketer
and was promoted to Chief Information Officer in 2005. Mr. Reece
was recently named Vice President of Retail Operations. |
