| Mr. Tuttle is a 1973 marketing graduate of Oklahoma
State University. Steve began his career with MAPCO Products Co.
as a distribution representative. Steve joined NGL Supply as Manager
of Mid-Continent Marketing in 1979. In 1985, Mr. Tuttle was promoted
to Vice President of Mid-Continent Marketing and was elected President
and COO in 1991 and Chairman and CEO in 1997. Steve is a member
of the LPG Charity Fund Board of Directors. |

| Mr. Pauling attended Iowa State University studying
business administration. In 1971, Mr. Pauling began his petroleum
industry career with Mid-America Pipeline Co. within pipeline operations
and business development. From 1980 - 1987, he served as Vice President of Trading
for Vanguard Petroleum Corporation. Brian joined NGL Supply in
early 1988 as Vice President of Supply, Mid-Continent and in 1997
became the President and COO. |

| Mr. Jones holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in
Finance from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Jones began his career
with Gulf States Utilities. In 1980, he joined Agrico Chemical Company
(an operating division of Williams Co.) While continuing his career
at Williams he was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Williams International Company in 1997, a position he
held until year-end 2002. Mr. Jones joined NGL Supply in late 2004.

| Ms. Straight graduated from Northeastern State University
in 1985 with a degree in Accounting and Computer Science. Beginning
her career with Texaco, she was a Junior Revenue Accountant for
various natural gas plants in the Mid-Continent Region. During1994,
she was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst and later in 1998,
Sharra was promoted to Supervisor responsible for integrating the
natural gas liquids financial reporting and planning functions.
She was later promoted to Manager of NGL Financial Reporting and
Planning in 2000. Ms. Straight joined NGL Supply in 2002 as the
Controller and Director of Accounting. In 2005, Sharra was promoted
to Vice President of Finance. |
